Studies have shown that there is a "confidence gap" between men and women. Many outstanding women tend to be less self-assured about taking a leadership role. Women In Front Institute intend to change this "confidence gap"; starting from the next generation. We are a nonprofit organization aiming at encouraging more young females to engage in social issues and international affairs, taking the lead, being in the front, and making an impact.
