2019： “Girls On Court” at “All American High School Film Festival”

As one of the young participants of WiF’s 2019 summer programs and one of WiF’s founding members, Ruoshui Liu is finishing her senior highschool year this year. Interested in film production and, she actively follows women’s expressions and representations in films; enjoying basketball and being in her school basketball team, she actively follows women’s representation and proportion in sports; being a feminist, she watches women’s representation and access to expression and leadership in all areas.

Today we are happy to share a short documentary that she made and named “Girls On Court”. The documentary, nominated in the “All American High School Film Festival”, is about a girl who loves playing basketball.
